delivery & shipping

we know that when you have purchased an item from fox & rabbit, you cannot wait to get it home, so here are all the details you need to know about shipping. if you are still stuck send us an email at foxandrabbitlimited@gmail.com

 

delivery and shipping from our workshop to your home: 

using our trusty courier company, your order should take up to four to five working days to get to you. but if like us you live in the great auckland central region you should receive your purchase within one to two working days. 

if you just cannot wait that long, you can request and overnight delivery, but please be aware that it cost more for shipping.

 

how much will it cost to get my purchase to me:

the price for delivery on all our products is based on weight and your location. hopefully you know whether you live in auckland, the north island or the south island, as each one cost accordingly. each of our product indicates the shipping costs, so please refer to the bottom of each products page. if in doubt, please get in contact with us! 

 

remember fox & rabbit products are handcrafted and made to order: 

so it is important to remember that , your purchase will be processed within twenty four hours and we shall send you an email letting you know all the details about when you can expect to see your purchase in your home.  

we hope this never happens, but if for any reason we are unable to meet our deadline for your purchase, we will contact you as soon as possible. 

 

so who do we trust to send you your purchases: 

the delivery and shipping company we use is go sweet spot, we like them because they offer a number of different courier services throughout new zealand, giving us more options to get your purchase to you faster.  we also like that they require your autograph when they deliver your purchase, giving us all a little extra security and peace of mind. 

 

it is important to remember when at the fox & rabbit checkout: 

please make sure you add your physical address, whether it be your home or office, so that when the delivery person comes there will be someone around to give an autograph for your purchase, because it would be a shame to miss your delivery. the hours for delivery are between 9am and 5pm, and only on weekdays (because everyone deserves a weekend).  

sadly we do not send any purchases to po box address, so make sure you add your physical address. 

 

when will you know your purchase is ready to be sent: 

when we have finished crafting your purchase, and completed your order, and our trusty couriers have picked up your item, you will receive a tracking number, so that you can keep up to date on the delivery, and you can start to get excited!

 

can fox & rabbit send purchases overseas?
